Our Founder's Vision
Jeffery Postell, the CEO of Post L Group, brings a rich 27-year history in the construction industry to the forefront of our operations. His journey, beginning as a tradesman and ascending through roles from lead foreman to project manager, culminated in the founding of Post L Group in 2015. Known for his exceptional project management skills and ability to deliver high-quality results, Jeffery’s leadership is a cornerstone of our company.
Jeffery’s advocacy goes beyond business. As a well-known figure in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, he champions the cause of black construction
workers and entrepreneurs. His dedication to fostering diversity is evident in his role as the founder of Building Pathways.
This non-profit organization, committed to enhancing the retention rate in the construction industry through career and personal development, mirrors Jeffery’s passion for inclusive growth.
Additionally, Jeffery extends his impact through volunteer work on various community organization boards. Heavy Highway / Civil
The Post L Group offers turnkey design, fabrication, delivery, & installation of MSE retaining wall systems, sound walls, cast-in-place retaining walls, T-Panel retaining walls, cast-in-place coping, barrier rails, and moment slabs.
Job Order Contracting (JOC)
